What is a Macaron?
Not to be confused with their coconut-based cousin “Macaroons”, Macarons are decadent French pastries which have a long history although they’ve become super trendy in recent years! These high-end pastries are no ordinary cookie.
These Meringue-based confections are a smile-maker especially on first try! The outer cookies are flaky & crumbly, while the inside is filled with a Cream, Ganache, or Jam dependent on the flavor.
Due to these pastries being made with Almond Flour these incredible Macarons are naturally gluten-free! Customers love when we tell them this as it serves as a delicious treat that can be consumed by our gluten-free customers :)
